Our winter ale is a delightful blend of robust flavors. The infusion

of rose hips adds a subtle floral not that complements the rich

maleness of the beer. A touch of cinnamon adds a warm and

comforting finish, making it the perfect brew to cozy with during

the colder months. 

Gilpin Gold IPA is a well-crafted India Pale Ale with a beautiful golden color. It boasts a delightful aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine, which perfectly complements its balanced blend of hop bitterness and malt sweetness. With a medium body and smooth mouthfeel, it is a refreshing and satisfying choice for beer enthusiasts. Brewed with a load of Amarillo and mosaic hops.
