Great Central City Beer Festival

Come celebrate over 150 years of brewing beer in Gilpin County. Author and brewer Dave Thomas will be on hand signing his new book “Of Mines & Beer – 150 years of Brewing History in Gilpin County, Colorado and Beyond”. Over 40 beers available to try. Breweries in attendance include: Dostal Alley, Arvada Brewing, AC Golden, Tommyknocker Brewery, Twisted Pine Brewing, Backcountry Brewing, Wynkoop Brewing, Tivoli and Prost Brewing. Free live music from 3 different bands. Take a historical hayride into the backwoods where beer brewing industry in Gilpin County was born.
