A local favorite for many years. We just began brewing this beer again last summer. Brewed more like a German Kolsh – fermenting at a lower temperature. We age this beer right near freezing for a crisp taste. The name American City comes from a small mining town west of Central City. Not much is left of this community but during it’s hay day as many as two thousand miner made this place home.
